This is a question I have asked myself over the last several months. The answer I keep coming back to is just this simple. I look at my married friends and think if something were to happen to their spouse, what lengths would they go to help them? If they were missing or sick, would their world stop until they exhausted every effort to try to help them? The answer is YES and no one would think twice about that. In fact most people would join in the effort to help any way they could. Then why is my search for that same love any less significant? My answer is, it is not less significant and I am not going to sit back and be patient any longer. Call it what you want, desperate I am sure comes to mind, but for me it is passion that drives me. This passion drives me to find someone to share a love like that, a love that would stop my world from spinning if something were to jeopardize it. So this is why I am doing this. I am putting myself out there completely and I am asking my friends, my family to join in on my search. This is my journey: Picking Up Where Cupid Left Off.
About Heather...
This is the section where I tell you I am fun, outgoing and adventurous right? Ok well that is all true but let’s get to the real stuff ok. I get moody when I am tired or hungry, so when moody, feed me or get me to bed! I love to laugh and tend to do it a little too loud for some, but it is very contagious. I usually plan more in my day then I can ever get around too but it leads to a full life with very little downtime. I hope to change that.
I am learning as I get older that down time is important. I come from a small family that I love with every thing I have, but because I have so much love it over flows to my friends. I have a huge circle of friends, which is why I am probably always overbooked! I like to sing karaoke though I am not that good at it. My only real fear is death; unlike others I have no fear of public speaking. I am romantic. I give it and expect it in return. Flowers are never a bad idea. Mouth noises make me crazy; sorry but it is a pet peeve of mine. I like to debate but do not need to win. However letting me win occasionally can be mutually beneficial “wink”. I do believe it is better to be loving then to be right. If you understand that statement then you most certainly will understand my philosophy of life. Oh yeah and I run with scissors, it is the dare devil in me.
Radical Means To A Common Situation...
I do not want to die with any regrets. I know from my grandfather who died at 72 that the only regrets you have are the things you never got around to doing. So that one statement leads my life and is the inspiration for this site. I do not want to die having any regrets especially that I did not do everything within my power to find my soul mate. I hope you understand my mission and realize it is not desperate but rather passionate. So there you have it, the first layer of Heather, with a sneak peak of some inner layers.
